The Genre of Story is Comedy
Story begins with Marian Jones is busy searching for the right profile for the post of Senior Manager for the company. Tapan De enters in a very angry mood and scolds Mariam for delaying the recruitment process. Mariam quickly do the interview round and in the process finds it hard to go for details and select’s few profile and forward it to Tapan. Tapan because of his busy schedule asks Mariam to start the interview process through conferencing on telephone. In the process a voice sounds very interesting to Mariam and she starts doing the interview on phone and connects Tapan also. Tapan was going through a case file and it happens that Tapan asks question on the matter written on the file from Shabbir. By chance Shabbir has some knowledge in the matters and Tapan is impressed with his knowledge. He also interviews other guys but they falters to give informative reply. Therefore, Tapan without making further queries regarding Shabbir’s work experience asks Mariam to issue an appointment letter. Shabbir joins the job in a fortnight and starts work in the company. Shabbir is comfortable in few areas in the job profile, but for many other work areas he is just blank faced.
