Story starts with main protagonist Ram Mohan Tripathi enters his office. He is smart looking and intelligent, yet his introverted demeanor is keeping him away from praise and laurel in office. Ram often rebuked by boss for his tenacity and straight forward approach for work. In-spite of Ram’s courteous behavior for his bosses and giving them a patient hearing and following their orders, his heart sails towards his own perceptions, which amazingly turn out to be right every time, this keeps him on the hit list of his bosses as their ego’s remain in-satiated. However, as usual credit for the work goes to the bosses. His boss simply believes in two Rules. Rule No. “1” whatever bosses says is right, and Rule No. “2” if your boss is not right then follow Rule No. 1. But we know that Ram is Ram, come what may, he would going to follow his heart. Though, it is not that his boss do not “want him” in office, mind it not “like him” but Ram’s lack of sycophancy, straight talks and diligence for work is making him a kind of bore, routine and stereotypical.......
